Nice residents but TERRIBLE when it comes to maintaining the building.
Stay away from this building! It’s run by slumlords. There’s a mold problem and residents are being forced from their apartments. National Church Residences doesn’t care about the building and isn’t even trying to fix the problem. It’s absolutely disgraceful that no one cares about these elderly people.
