Paid to move into a “move in ready” apartment. Didn’t get furniture for 3 days. When the furniture came it was delivered without cushions. Had to wait another day for them to bring cushions back. I was told I couldn’t buy my own furniture I had to get a furnished apartment because they didn’t have anywhere to store the furniture. Also when moving in fire alarm was on kitchen counter and lightbulbs are burnt out. I put in a maintenance request and no one has showed up to this day. DTN customer service is unbelievably bad here. I still have a hole in my wall 6 months later.
Strange requests at the hand of the owner. Beware before deciding whether or not to live here or not. Leasing office makes inappropriate requests regarding personal information and material.
This beeping is driving me insane. Someone help please. I'm begging you.
