Beech point is the best apartment complex in Schaumburg. Excellent, spacious, mordern, and comfortable units. Staff is 5 star. Excellent location.
RecommendedWe have lived here for about two months and I love it !!! My husband was raised in Schaumburg. This is my absolute favorite area in Schaumburg. We are so close to everything. The Village Hall, which has free outdoor summer concerts, Prairie Center For the Arts, The Athenaeum - which is a cute sculpture park, the Main Library, Deerfield’s Bakery, Phat Phat Restaurant, Lou Malnati’s, Bone Grill and so many other great places to eat. I love this place, which we called home for several years, before we moved out recently as our family expanded. Loved every bit of our stay for almost 8 years. Walkable distance to wonderful restaurants and fast food, highways, mall, entertainment, not to forget my favorite schaumburg library. Office is good, courteous and friendly and staff is very helpful. I miss staying in Beech pointe.
I just signed the lease for my third year as a Beech Pointe resident. Management takes good care of tenants; I feel like they know me, and they go out of their way to make me feel like I belong here. The complex is situated in a great neighborhood, with townhomes and single-family homes in the surrounding area. Walk out your door and within minutes you'll find a park - no matter which direction you turn.
