I called multiple times at different times of the day over the course of a couple weeks and I was told every time that the receptionist couldn't reach the office I was trying to get in contact with. They said they would leave a message for them to call me back and schedule an appointment but I never heard back from them. Super frustrating
I have used Beech Acres parenting coaching twice over the past five years and have had a wonderful experience both times. They have helped me and my child thrive through some tough times. I highly recommend!
I used to be really happy with this agency; however since my son aged out of his school I've lost all respect for them. More than once they assured me he would still remain under their care until we could secure another provider. I have encountered several obstacles in replacing his provider after almost 4 years with beech acres I expected a little bit more concern for my child's well being but obviously the patient's only matter when they attend their schools.
