I am grateful to F NP Marcia Reynolds at this location for taking the time to see me and diagnose my condition. She was kind and thorough, and gave me a prescription and instructions in a caring manner. Although the place was crowded , and there was a long wait, she did not rush me out.
Walked in at 6:10 p.m. on a Tuesday and was made to feel like an inconvenience. I've already slaughtered them in the survey, but I now need to warn everyone else to not use this Urgent Care!
I was in and out very quickly with my problem solved and the staff were all very nice and professional!
