I called and rescheduled an appointment for my two children and then got a bill in the mail for a cancellation fee. They said I didn't give 24 hours notice, but I did call the day before, so I thought that would be considered 24 hours notice, not thinking they are actually counting down the hours and minutes. My daughter went for her annual checkup in August 2021, but every month since we had problems getting her prescription for environmental allergies. Turns out the doctor wants to see her 4 times yearly to gauge whether she's reacting well. She's been on this medicine for 2 years without any issues.
