If you are looking for a home inspection stop looking. This business is the best in the NW Suburbs. I previously used another service provider and he was not as thorough as John. Not only that they give you a free homebinder, which is like a home's car fax. All nicely organized only with timely reminders on when you should do maintenance. I am going to hire John again for my previous property just because the home binder and service utility concierge is such a great perk. 100% worth the money and great service!

John was amazing and did a great job at our home. Loved how patient he was answering all my questions and more importantly he was honest. Would def recommend for anyone needing Radon testing!!
We had John come out to do a home inspection at our residence and it was a great experience. His communication over the phone and in email is prompt and professional. He took the time to sit with us and explain his findings and concerns in person right after his inspection.
