John took his time with the inspection and did a great job. He was very willing to answer questions and provided a great deal of feedback. I appreciate all the information he provided with the report. Reports were very detailed and included suggestions. John was very responsive throughout the whole process. I am very glad we did the sewer scope. I would use him again.
