Oh goodness! I'm so thankful that I found Bee Still yesterday. My back was in a terrible state - it was so tight I was struggling to breathe. Fast forward an hour after my arrival - oxygen! Sonya took the time to show me some stretches that I can do at home to help prevent me getting in this mess again. The spa is so warm and inviting - no pretention at all! I instantly feel at home every time I come here. It's so calming and serene. Ashley and Sonya are so welcoming and friendly. Sonya is very flexable and is responsive when u communicate to her where ur pain is or what amount of pressure u want. Then she will work out that pain or knot. That's important to me. I'm grateful for Sonya . U should try her out she is AMAZING.
