Contacted BeeSerious after our tree service found a hive in a limb 30 feet up an old Laurel Oak that needs to come down. Our technician, Logan, was absolutely wonderful! Coordinated with our tree service to bring their mini-lift over for him to use as he was familiar with the operation of the equipment. He was able to locate the queen and used his vacuum system and smoke to capture the majority of the hive. Friendly, responsive, highly skilled and knowledgeable, could not have asked for a better person. Thanks, Logan!
