The manager, Gilbert, deserves a raise. He is dedicated to his job. Very friendly and helpful.
I applied on line and in a very short time Kathy called to see if I had any questions and to welcome me. I told her we would be in the next morning to bring items and she was there to meet us and show us around. She was so friendly and informative. The place was so clean. I now have at friend at Cube Smart who I can go to for any questions! A wonderful experience!
Kathy is freaking awesome!!! The staff at Bee Safe Storage was very helpful and knowledgeable! Kathy gave me a ton of information while I was looking for a storage unit; showed me different sizes so I could see what my options were; and went over all the details with me when I came back to sign a contract. Also, she was one of the most customer oriented people I've met in a long time!!!
