Chad is great
I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage. The premises are consistently clean, secure, and easy to navigate. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and I want to give a special shout-out to Chad, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
I have stored in many places in California and Seattle but none like this one. The whole experience of renting and working with Chad was a breeze. He was very welcoming, knowledgable and assisted us with giving us the best unit, and a nice rental truck which is an asset. I highly recommend this location and specially Chad to work with. Super easy to apply online and get access to a storage unit right away! Very clean, modern and air conditioned. And the onsite manager is beyond nice and professional! Highly recommend!
I loved being a tenant at this location, very clean very secure well upkeep, friendly staff, especially Chad Russell. If I ever have a need for storage in the Raleigh area, this is definitely the location to choose
