Chad welcomed me the first time I entered the building. Was very cordial and showed me around, and to the unit I had selected on line. Positively impressed.

I have had a very bad experience with the manager Chad at 2500 Campbell rd. Today I harassed and threatened by Chad manager. When I started recording him, he sped walked away. It’s been an ongoing thing. I complained to the district manager but he has refused to help or even call me to respond to my complaint. The customer service from him is terrible
