Update: I'm not sure if you read my review that I've made attempts to contact the store manager and I have yet to receive a response PRICE GAUGING at its worse. I stopped by the facility twice reference an unexpected price increase. I asked to speak to a manager and the young lady told me twice that I would get a call. I have yet to receive that call. If there was a no star button because they deserve no stars. My furniture has mold on it and I filed a insurance claim with great American and they said they could not help me because there is no evidence of water leaking. I've had my furniture in bee safe storage unit 9 for a year and now I'm moving with no furniture. This socks because I have no money to buy new furniture and now my family have to sit on the floor. See pictures below. I'm seeking some legal advice. They definitely got all of my money
