Renting a storage unit with the Bee Safe Storage facility in Clemmons, NC was a very straight forward, pleasant and easy experience. Both Tim Hayes and Tins Shubert were excellent to work with. They are knowledgeable and friendly and went the extra mile to show us everything we needed to see and know. The facility itself is safe, secure and very clean. We highly recommend!
This process was so easy I did it from my hospital bed on the phone. I was able to choose what size I needed, when I wanted to start the rental, even insurance. The process has certainly become easier than when I rented decades ago. The app makes things even easier to access your unit and pay the monthly bill.
Excellent service. Toured the facility, helped select right-sized unit (and got a free upgrade to larger unit!). Checking in was easy. Facility is new and tidy.
