I’m a property manager in Portland, OR and I have worked with Derek with Bee Remodeling for a few years now across different management companies. He is very transparent, communicative, easy to work with, answers all our questions, and professional. I have never had any issues with him or his team being respectful and responsible at my properties and would definitely recommend.
Had a maintenance request with my property management to learn that this company handled the maintenance work. They were timely, professional and efficient. The work was completed and no complaints. I work from home and did not feel any disruptions during their brief moment here. I also appreciated that they wore shoe coverings to respect our flooring when it was rainy outside.
Very nice guy, competent, punctual and respectful of our house for the repair. He kept us informed and fixed our light fixture in the kitchen quickly. 100% recommend.
The person that came to my apartment immediately knew what was wrong with the toilet. He said there was rests in the back of the pipes and he went and got the part and he was very quick at what he did. I really appreciated the job he did I highly recommend them.
Bee remodeling is great, they're fair and honest with their price and Derek in the office has great communication. I would highly recommend their services.
