I was going to rent through Bee Realty once. I had to pay a $50 application fee which was nonrefundable! I saw a townhouse for rent, so I made an appointment to take a look @ it. There were no window treatments and no closet doors in the bedrooms. I asked Douglas if they were going to put up closet doors in the 3 bedrooms and he told me no because the tenants always tear them up. HUH? I asked him "do you have closet doors up in his house"? They scammed me out of my security deposit, I kept the rental property up , painted , new blinds & carpet cleaned . This company is not a good company.
Absolutely unprofessional , property are not in good condition.
