Bought furniture off of marketplace that was sketchy and I freaked out. Called as soon as it hit 8am, he answered told me he’d get there at noon. He arrived before it even hit noon accessed the situation told me I didn’t need a thing and didn’t try to talk me into spending money! Jeff Cole with Bee Gone showed up to a last-minute phone call for a massive wasp nest (housing 20-30 wasps) found growing under our homes soffit while I was mowing the lawn. Jeff calmly and quickly eliminated the danger of the nest so that myself, my family, and pets were kept safe. He was very professional, polite, and did a thorough job. Definitely recommend.
I live in Booneville, 1.5 hour drive from Bee Gone in Winchester. When I called about a pest problem, rather than the usual "sorry mam, we don't service that area", I was given expert/insider advice on what to do myself and that's worth gold! Thank you Bee Gone Pest Control!
Jeff has been absolutely amazing! I called in the fall because we had a HUGE fly problem. He called back within minutes and was literally out the next day. He mentioned he would be back for a repeat treat in the spring. He sent me a text said he was planning on coming out, kept me updated, and treated my house and shop! Went above and beyond to reach out! I'm incredibly happy and our house and shop are fly free!
