Very responsive to my inquiry. Actually arrived early for the appointment, but called first to confirm it was OK. Very courteous and competent workers.
They always make my 15 year old plus carpet smell and look new again. they call before coming and are always friendly and courteous .
I had a sizeable red cherry juice stain on my living room carpet that had soaked in and dried weeks ago. They worked hard to eradicate it and I can't even tell it was there.
