Excellent work! This is the best carpet cleaning service that I have had. It is pricier than the basic steam cleaning but the results are much better!

I take pride in a 2 hour window of arrival in the service industry. This customer scheduled the appointment through email. In the email it says "I will arrive sometime between 3-5pm and I will call when I am on the way." This customer called at 3:02pm upset and indicated that I was late. I did arrive at 5:00 and I did call when I was on my way.
On Time, professional, did extra work at reasonable rates
Got up a stubborn stain that kept reappearing. Satisfied with work.
Showed respect for the living room furnishings and protected carpeting during upholstery cleaning. Fast and efficient.
They were very professional and thorough. We were not home at the time and they didn't leave a trace behind except for brightly clean carpet floors.
