I just had a disappointing experience with Trey. I called because I am a customer looking to buy beds ASAP from out of town. He interrupted me while I was speaking and asked where I was located, and if I would be coming in today. His exact words were, "we are closed today, so I guess we don't sell anything," when I asked if they sell beds instead of just mattresses. It is 2:30 p.m. central time, and the website states that the store is open until 6 p.m.
Fast and friendly service!
The sales person was helpful and courteous. If the bed is delivered as scheduled, it will be an overall good experience.
