On a Sunday afternoon I wanted to surprise my wife with a new bed while she was running errands for a few hours. I called the store and was put in contact with the actual owner. I called his cell phone that was provided to me and he and his wife were at a family function. I told him what I wanted to do and he and his wife actually dropped what they were doing and drove across town to get one of their trucks.
