My mother had the exact opposite experience as the other review here (and Mom is one frugal particular customer). She swears that their prices are great and she had a good experience with trying to return (or exchange?) a mattress when something was wrong. She said the lady is wonderful. I haven't gone here yet, but plan to go buy my daughters first big girl bed this week (I will change my review if I have a bad experience).
