Drove across town to check out the tile here, the guy at the front desk if I could see some 12 inch by 12 inch tile squares, after he spent 10 minutes on the computer shaking his head he told me they didn't have any 12 by 12 squares, I said okay I will just look around and lo and behold here's the squares that I was looking for exactly like I wanted yet he seemed very annoyed when I asked him about them and spent a long while on the computer trying to find if they had them I finally had to leave.
My complaint is about the lady who is in the back of the warehouse where one goes to collect material. She is very rude. She treats you in a very despotic manner. As a customer, you should be treated more kindly. That person is not supposed to be rude.
The staff were so helpful and kind! Will definitely be returning for future projects!
