The customer service here is very poor. I ordered tile two months ago and was given a one month eta. I called a week after the original eta and the order had never been placed. After the order was finally placed, they said it would show up on the next truck. Nearly a month later, still no tile. When I call, I get excuses like weather. But even worse, everyone in the contractors desk seems to hate their job and takes it out on customers by giving the most minimal, subpar service possible.
