Very poor customer service attitude, and poor product quality. Ordered a marble print tile and 1/3rd of the tile we received have the exact same print. Picture online is also very different and no where near as varied as what we received. Do not trust images shown online. After inquiry, tell me there are only 6 variation prints (which means the odds of getting repeating tiles should be 1/6 and NOT 1/3). Mary is amazing! She patiently helped me select tiles for all three bathrooms, and now I have my dream spaces thanks to their beautiful products. She also guided me through choosing the grout and trim. I walked into the store with no idea what I wanted and left excited about my dream bathrooms. The showroom is large, and they even sent me samples to compare at home. Thank you！
