What a disappointment. Please be very careful and study your slab carefully. We bought a slab and half of it had cracks running through it. The only way you could use it if you'd support it with metal braces. Expensive and only half of it is undamaged.

Do not buy here it takes forever to get the tiles. When you ask the manager, what happened? He has an answer for everything. Very rude I would avoid this place as much as possible

Speaking to shopping only - the saleswoman I worked with was amazing helping me look at and decide on slabs when I came in not even having a super clear idea in mind, even though this particular Bedrosians location was not my local store, and I told her I just had to see samples and make my selection from this city for our contractor in LA, where he would buy from for us. It was really nice of her to be so helpful.

We recently purchased tile for a bathroom remodel from Bedrosians, and our experience was mixed. The tile quality is excellent, and the sales representative was easy to work with throughout the purchase process. Unfortunately, the return policy significantly impacted our experience. We were told about the 25% restocking fee for returned tile, but were never informed that returns must be made within 30 days of pickup.
