Honestly top tier customer service. I felt like a crazy person coming in so many times, being indecisive person that I am, I even had to cancel my first order before it shipped because I had regrets with what I chose. They pulled the strings to make it happen. Came in again to make my final decision and still the same customer service without even a wince of judgement. As an Interior Designer I have shopped in a few Bedrosians showrooms around California and have always been so happy with the customer service…but after my 3rd visit to this location and receiving NO help and actually being treated rudely by a guy named John each time, I will not return. I will drive the extra 30 miles to visit the Rancho Cordova showroom where everyone is professional, courteous and helpful.
Ordered and picked up some tile here. They were extremely friendly and loaded the tile for us.
