Great place for DIY landscaping. Guys are terrific to work with. They have a nice display area to give you ideas. You pull up and they weigh your car. You fill up then they weigh again before you pay. We just put a tarp in the back of our SUV but you could also bring plastic tubs.
Paid 1200+ for this much gravel. 5 gallon gas can for reference. We measured it to be half of what we paid for, all they could provide as a proof is a hand written weigh sheet that anyone can write. Delivery was 1hr late. What a rip off, lesson learned.
Updating my review to share that I've continued going here for quite a while as a complete so it yourself and learning landscaping things on my own. These guys are the absolute best. The service is always great, and they really work hard when they're busy. As long as your patient you'll get what you need out of these guys. These guys were awesome! we went in on a Sunday just to look at some new rock for our backyard and we had 2.5 ton of cobble delivered by noon the next day. Delivery was painless and they got as close to my garage as possible. Great prices and still let you take samples if desired.
The amended garden soil is actually clay full of rocks. I was told it was ready for planting. You can see from the photo there is no drainage because it’s processed clay. It’s full of tons of small rocks. I spent $350 for 4 cubic yards and had to spend another $300 on actual garden soil at the garden shop to make it usable.
