Bedrock has managed 2 of my rental properties for the past 2 years now. Initially they were very responsive but as time went out they seemed to get much less responsive (my guess is that they took on more rental properties than they had personnel to manage). One of my tenants is 15 days late on rent and the other broke their lease so we are looking for a new tenant (Bedrock vetted/approved both these tenants). Would not recommend renting from this company. My husband toured this house on Thursday while I was out of town for a work trip. Greg would not let him sign the lease without me touring the house first. Greg told my husband for us to come sign the lease Monday morning (today) & we got there when they opened at 9 am. A woman named Keri said it was a lack of communication between her & Greg & that she had signed the lease this morning (before they were even open.) They do not keep their word. This was unprofessional.
Greg showed me a house this past week that was perfect for my wife and I. We made an agreement to meet the following Monday (today) at 9am when Bed Rock opened to sign paperwork. When we came in this morning (9am) the house was being signed by another agent to a different couple. I guess a man's word doesn't mean anything.
They will find ways to steal from you. Get every single thing they say in writing, and even then you will have to keep constant pressure on them to keep their word.
