Lived here since 2013. Contrary to website we do not have a clubhouse, billiards or shuffleboard. 😕 Though I’d sure love to see those here. On the plus side we do have a boat ramp, fishing dock, nature trail, picnic areas & a small dog park. 😁 For the most part the neighbors are all great & it’s truly a community environment.
