Do not move in here! They will let a tree fall in your trailer before they trim it! They won't trim the trees before you move in but make you pay for it after you do! Every year after a hurricane trees fall all over the park. The manager and her sister had the trees trimmed in front of their trailer but if you tell them that a tree guy said your tree was going to fall, they say it's in you to take it down!
