I saw Dr. Bednar at her Yates City location, and I am so happy I did. I went in with a strained shoulder, and her treatment immediately improved the range of motion in my shoulder. Her adjustments made me feel better overall, and she gave me some exercises to do at home. What she didn’t do was try to sell me supplements or long-term treatment plans. Dr. Bednar is personable and extremely easy to talk to. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Terri Bednar is easily said best chiropractor I’ve ever been to after swearing off chiropractic medicine. She is knowledgeable about the human body and how it works, beyond the skeletal system. She is extremely intelligent, caring, compassionate. clean well run business. Terri will only tell you to come back when you need help or set up a treatment plan until you get back. First time EVER that I’ve been free from sciatic nerve pain, in 20 years after 15 epidurals, heavy pain meds. Dr. Bednar is the best!
