Eager to sell hitches. But when it comes to wiring the plug they have no one qualified to perform the work is what they said. Now I’m trying to find a place to install a hitch I was tricked into purchasing and was told they would install it. Bit they only wanted to sell it.
This is one of those awesome company’s that you can work with. My ReTrax cover broke while we were driving through. They went out of their way to help me and get me back on the road. Thank you so much!
Customer service is garbage. Owners are arrogant and rude. Come off as that they are better than everyone else, and customers are stupid. Highly recommend going anywhere else, but here.
