reasonable, not force you to do other works on your car, service is great, great waiting area, workers are friendly. when i go to other places like jiffy loop they tell you that air filter or oil filter needs changing and by the time you know it, they charge $200.00

Very professional and prompt and courteous
The Bedford Team is great team to work with. My BMW had an oil leak and the guys took care of it. However, due to an improper grounding issue, the car DMZ shorted out. Bedford guys took ownership of the miss, and quickly remediate the issue by not only getting my car towed back, but partnered with a BMW dealership to get OEM parts ordered and took care of the expenses. I am truly grateful of the help and will be back as a regular customer!

These idiots replaced a broken radiator hose improperly (either the replacement hose is bad or it was not securely attached - can't tell at this time). All coolant leaked out and engine overheated. Avoid this business.
