Do NOT rent an apartment in building 1736 unless you are okay with two of the four apartments being Airbnb’s. The office neglected to tell us this before we rented the unit. I found this out off-handedly from a passing maintenance worker after two months of living here. Was looking for a place close to my production house and DeVinceia was extremely helpful with the process. very warm welcoming complex.
Really down and almost gave up on finding a new place within my price range but this was the last complex on my list and honestly it should've been my first. I walked in looking for information and met this wonderful woman named DeVinceia and not only was she super sweet and kind but she was helpful.
