Just in town for a little while and I stopped by Rochester Club. I must say I am impressed the club house is beautiful, the property is well maintained and organized. Thanks to the office staff Amanda Stephanie and Ms. Dee for their help. I will return.

After moving in, we immediately noticed that the floor makes loud noise when walking. It seems the flooring was renovated with very low-quality materials and poor installation. Because of that, every time the upstairs neighbors walk around, the noise is extremely loud and very disturbing. We reported the issue to the leasing office and asked if it was possible to move to another unit.
