Long story short, I am more than satisfied with the service I got at Bedford Nissan. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by Dan. He took me through the entire purchase process. It took a little longer than I expected, but I did need to get a loan. My car also wasn't worth as much as I thought it would be. The biggest thing was the price I paid. It was more than $27/month less than I was quoted at another dealer, so needless to say I'm very happy about that.
Ok, so I was very happy with the deal I got on my new Versa. I went in initially looking to get a certified used one, but was surprised to see that I could afford a new one on the budget I set. John Beal helped me and made the whole process painless. I am going to recommend Bedford Nissan to anyone who I talk to that is buying a new car.
Not only did I get a great lease on a great car at a fantastic price, but the handling was streamlined and efficient, something I can't say about other dealerships. I felt respected and important, and never felt like I was being held captive. I couldn't be happier! I'll definitely be back when my lease is up.
I was just searching through the listings and got a little agitated at the previous comment, so I decided to give my own opinion. This dealership is terrible!! My girlfriend went there with her leased 2006 Altima for the 30k service and they convinced her to do $600 of work on it. They insisted that the coolant had to be flushed, the intake manifold cleaned, the transmission fluid flushed, the battery serviced, etc., etc. when all it needed was an oil change. Basically they convinced her it needed the kind of service a 10 year old car needs. They also made her wait 30 minutes before they checked her car in.
