I’m really disappointed by my experience today at Bedford Nails and Spa. The first time I came, my nails looked amazing and I genuinely enjoyed the conversation and overall service. I left feeling valued as a customer. Today was completely different. I was told it would be about a 20-minute wait. I politely asked if it was okay for me to step out for less than 15 minutes, and I simply went across the street to grab a tea. Went in to get a pedicure with my niece and Ally and Marry we’re amazing!!! Im definitely coming back. I got blue Hawaiian gel color & French tip and it was so worth it! ($113 for both pedicure sets - this is without tip)

Ally did an AMAZING job and she wasn’t aggressive with my mani or pedi. She has my business going forward.

I think they treated men different than the ladies, just my thoughts. Lady cut my heel area with the cheese grader while scraping my foot, i am diabetic and now have a wound that is infected that I am dealing with. I have had little hangnails on both hands on my nails, just not a good experience.

i’ve came here a few times and usually service is great, but there’s one lady i’m not sure if she doesn’t like me or what 😂😂 but came in for removal of my nails they did about a month ago, the lady pulled out another acrylic nail and starts doing what i could’ve did at home and like slicing and then snatching my nails off, it hurt and she’s pulling off my new nail growth as well and it wasn’t how they removed my nails last time . i tried to ask why she was doing it that way and she definitely ignored me so i just left, did... read more
