Very disappointing experience. I called the office of Tri County Insurance asking for a quote. I was asked to email my information, which I did the same day. After waiting for two days I called the office to inquire about the quote, three days passed still there was no quote. I was told to wait two more days and they will have an answer for me. To get that answer I had to call several time and the person I needed to talk to was either unavailable or out for lunch at 3pm. I took their answer and waited two more days. Today I ... read more
