Horrible. For $5000 you get mouse poo and mold. And the company gaslighting you. The worst service for expensive housing that I’ve ever seen.

We used Bedford to rent in LA, as they present themselves as "high-end Corporate Housing". They rented us a 2 bedroom at Legacy at Westwood, an apartment next to another one of their rentals where they were housing construction workers who were loud, blasted music in the evenings, left filthy sneakers on their balcony. Bedford's staff was not responsive or helpful at all. We had to ask for help from building's staff, who shared that Beford houses workers like that in a number of apartments. We needed to relocate for 3 months, with a little over a week's notice, for a clinical trial for my husband. Julie couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. I was blown away.
