We have been with Dr. Cook for 26 years. Our children now go to him with their spouses. All family's have emergencies but my family has been blessed to have a family physician who truly cares about the us and demonstrates it through actions. His advice is top notch and Chris (LVN) is a super nurse! 10 stars is more like it!

Didnt tell me about 50.00 for new patients out of insulin and all other meds
I couldn't be more pleased with this office. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service! I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!
This practice has gone to crap since Dr. Looney left. The staff is rude, they don't care about their patients or what medical plan the previous doctor had them on. If you have an option to go to another practice, I would. Even if it was hours away I would make the trip over this place.
