Excellent contractor. Stands behind his work and has some of the best quality craftsmanship I have see from any builder in the area. Their attention to detail is amazing and they stand behind their product. I have been in the home for 8+ years and only had a few minor cosmetic issues which were taken care of with no hesitation. In additionI contacted with Bedford Falls to construct a detached garage. I will plan to use Bedford falls for any future construction projects. Extremely Pleased.
We we’re lucky enough to find a house that Bob and company put together. We have enjoyed a professional builder that still has old school ethics. Home warranty issues have been responded to in a timely manor with follow up by Bob to assure things meet his standards. I would recommend this builder to anyone in the market for a new home.
