This place is hands down the best place for buying a mattress . The service was EXCEPTIONAL . The boys here went ABOVE and beyond to help me choose the perfect king mattress for my new place . The knowledge was second to none . I had told the manager my circumstances and he personally delivered the mattress the following day !! I could not recommend a better shop for friendly helpful service . it needs a 10 star rating ! THANKS BEDDING BARN !
The worst customer service ever! after having paid $1,600.00 in one go I have not received a call for days to let me know when they could deliver me the mattress. I called several times amd left messages NOBODY picks up the phone or called me back. I had to take time off work and go in person after 4 days to understand when I could have my fully paid mattress deliver. Good luck with your delivery! Bought my mattress from here! Great customer service I was served as soon as I walked in and shown exactly what I needed, the owner of very caring of his customers! Highly recommend ☺️
Walked in and 20 minutes later i'd bought a bed, helpful and pain free experience! The bed was delievered on time and they even rung me offering to deliver it 3 days earlier. Store person and the mover were both efficient, would recommend Bedding Barn
