We just had our first chair lift installed. From order to delivery was super quick. The technicians who came out to install our lift were fantastic. It took several hours but they were very attentive and helpful in showing us how the systems worked and what we should expect. One technician even took the time to readjust the seat and rails to "fit" my husband who is extremely tall. I am so happy with this company. I've been waiting for 4 months for Bedco Mobility to pay me the "buy back" payment after my chairlift was removed on August 1, 2023. Sheila in accounts payable doesn't call back and doesn't send the check. No one calls you back. Sheila the receptionist says the check is going out in two weeks and it never comes. No one does what they say they are going to do. They just keep the money AND the chairlift!!! This is theft!!! This is fraud!!! I am 94 years old. I just want them to pay me what they owe me. My stairlift was installed approximately 18 months ago. Two months ago, I called to have it taken down so that I could accept delivery of a washing machine. A technician was sent out who removed just the chair unit for which I was charged 320.00. After the delivery I was told I would have to wait because no one was available to replace the chair. I just had my new stairlift installed by BedCo. It's already making such a difference to my life! The installers were absolutely wonderful--very careful and conscientious, and cleaned up the little bit of dust caused by the drilling. They taught me how to use the stairlift, and explained exactly how it works. I thoroughly recommend BedCo for the careful way they measured everything and installed it professionally.

My husband had a stroke 9 months ago and needs a wheelchair van to get around. We were using a van service, but found them unreliable and expensive. I purchased a van from Bedco Mobility. They were wonderful to work with. They spent as much time as I needed teaching me how to access and work the lift for the wheelchair. They have my highest recommendation.

I have only had my stairlift for a couple of days so I can't speak to long-term reliability but I can say that my customer service experience so far has been excellent from start to finish (sales, office staff, and installation).

Great experience from start to finish. Had to reschedule once. Barry was very courteous and understanding and assisted in notifying the office of our need to reschedule. We received a call from the main office on the date the install was scheduled to see if we wanted to schedule a new install date. We were able to schedule the install for the next day. We were told that the installer would arrive between 9:30-11a. Kurt arrived at 9:40 sharp. He told us the install would take approximately 4 hours and he completed the install... read more
