Jake was amazing to deal with! He was very friendly and patient, even on a late Friday evening visit. He took the time to explain what he was seeing on his camera and pointing out possible areas of concern. Very pleased we called Bedard Plumbing!

Jake and his team did a great job fixing my backed up kitchen sink. He even took the time to offer some advice on my troubled washing machine which he certainly did not have to. Customer service is great, very friendly and can speak with you on whatever level you're comfortable.
