Called to have some fittings at a water tank replaced. I ended up paying twice++ as much as I expected. First guy spent hours changing fittings. I was given a verbal quote at this time which I agreed to. Next day had to call him back as it was leaking. I feel that cost should have been on the company. On another day the owner then changed the fittings, so the first guy didn't do it correctly? I don't feel like I should have had to pay for that either. I guess I paid 2 men to do 1 job. Bought a home that had a plumbing issue fixed twice by Bedard, I wanted a second opinion and they said that the previous plumber (Bedard) has put putty to fix a leak, then returned and puttied some more. Ended up needing a whole new plumbing part. Not impressed, won’t be using them further.

Highly recommend this company. I had an emergency leak in the middle of the night and after calling THREE other companies, this is the only one who's emergency number picked up. Kyle arrived very quickly and was able to solve the abysmal handyman plumbing in my home. It ended up being a costly fix (mainly because the plumbing was hidden... and not easily accessible... and had vermiculite/asbestos in the way), but man was it worth it knowing that I wont need to worry about those pipes for years to come! i Just had some work done in my apartment building by Jake. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and very transparent with us about what was going to happen. The work performed was excellent and he doubled down on insuring that our leak was fixed with very thorough testing. 10/10 service, couldn't ask for more professional and respectful workers!
