VERY happy with the service that Kyle and his team provided. When he came to assess and provide me with a quote, he explained everything thoroughly and actually gave me a few options each with its own quote. They did run into some barriers during work but additional costs were fully detailed, explained and agreed upon. Katie provides excellent customer service and responds so promptly. Actually, the entire team were extremely professional and personable.

Tenant had leak in her plumbing stack. Called a different plumbing company before I knew about Bedards. They forgot to show up the first time..no big deal. But when they showed up they told my tenant they could do nothing about the leak...????? Called Bedard's plumbing the next day. They were super flexible, and sent someone a couple days later.
