The worst costumer service you’ve ever seen in the united states. I booked my available time through her website, she was out of country and rescheduled my time without asking my availability. I tried couple of times to talk to her for new booking time that I can’t make it because of 48 hours policy that she had on her website but she told me she is still out of country and will call me back for rescheduling. The world needs more people like Laura, a person who genuinely enjoys extracting blackheads. I got a microdermabrasion facial and shoulder, arm, and hand massage. It was relaxing and my skin looks great! Not only did I have a good experience, but Laura is super cool!
