I thought that we had bedbugs, so I called Bed Bug BBQ and spoke to Dan. I found them after doing a Google search to identify what the bug was that I saved in a jar. After sending the photo of what I had, they said it was not bedbugs. It was carpet beetles. What a relief! That was short-lived after Discovering that it was going to be a process to get rid of them. I CAN’T TELL YOU HOW GRATEFUL I AM to find an HONEST company that actually helped me. THEY SAVED ME A LOT OF TROUBLE! Thanks to Dan!

This review is long overdue, but very well deserved. I worked with Bed Bug BBQ last summer, and this was my first experience ever dealing with bed bugs. From day one, they treated me like family. I talked to Chris on the phone and he had me do a video chat and send pictures to him about a possible issue, and then told me that he didn’t see any issues. Yet he still followed up by driving from Lakewood to Sandusky and inspected my home to be certain free of charge. What a relief! Chris was professional and helpful throughout the entire process.
