Due to contamination on delivery truck, my new mattress came with bed bugs. Called Bed Bug BBQ and they were fantastic! Came out that same day for free inspection. Chris was so helpful and professional and explained my options thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend them and their services.
We had bed bugs about 8 yrs ago. We went to bed bug bbq. They heat treated our house. Today called them back out because we found two bed bugs but they were dead. He inspected our house and said we had no signs of them. Very honest and upfront. Definitely recommend them.

The owner of this establishment swung by on his way to work to check my apartment for bugs, and gave very sound advice. Awesome customer service - luckily, there were no bugs, but if there were, I’d def turn to Bed Bug BBQ!
Because I'm sensitive to bed bug bites, we had a very small infestation. BBBBQ sent Dan out to inspect the same day we called and heat treatment was scheduled a few days later. The heat treatment definitely helped, but we think some eggs survived because I started getting welts again. Fortunately, we were still in the warranty period, and Dan came back out to use a pesticide on our mattress and couch. I haven't been bit since.
