A tenant called stating they were getting bit and she had a picture of a bug. Called and Vicki was very compassionate and patient and informative. I sent the picture and she confirmed it was a bed bug. Set an appointment for inspection with Chris. He came out and completed inspection - very thorough and knowledgeable. He did NOT find any evidence of bed bugs. He was honest and did not try to sell us a service we did not need. Gave us peace of mind. Very appreciative.

Chris is thorough, professional and runs his business with integrity. Not feeding into my anxiety he assessed my home and determined I had no bed bugs. I really appreciated his honesty regarding the findings. Thanks Chris

Due to contamination on delivery truck, my new mattress came with bed bugs. Called Bed Bug BBQ and they were fantastic! Came out that same day for free inspection. Chris was so helpful and professional and explained my options thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend them and their services.

We had bed bugs about 8 yrs ago. We went to bed bug bbq. They heat treated our house. Today called them back out because we found two bed bugs but they were dead. He inspected our house and said we had no signs of them. Very honest and upfront. Definitely recommend them.
