I talked to Chris on the phone and he had me do a video chat and send pictures to him about a possible issue, and then told me that he didn’t see any issues. Yet he still followed up by driving from Lakewood to Sandusky and inspected my home to be certain free of charge. What a relief! Chris was professional and helpful throughout the entire process. SERVICE WENT EXTREMELY WELL. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. We have not noticed any live bed bugs.

I called for a home inspection for bed bugs, took off work and no one ever came, called office they said they would get in touch with Chris, no response or f/u with me!
