Called them and explained my situation. They made an appointment and got me in with in the week. Also help me find a way to pay for the services.
Contacted BBBQ due to a potential exposure to bed bugs after traveling. Very responsive, even at odd hours (Sunday, evenings). Dan M in particular spent a while patiently talking us through options and pros/cons. Not pushy and helped us decide that an immediate, expensive treatment not needed. Credit to his and their honesty and integrity to help people during stressful circumstances without pushing services.
The phone staff and Chris, who came out to our home, answered all our questions. They were prompt, courteous, and were very knowledgeable. It was good news for us and they ruled out any possible freeloaders from a recent trip. Very trustworthy, highly recommended, and I’d be quite confident in their skills.
I would highly recommend Bed Bug BBQ to anyone with a bed bug issue. The entire staff from Vickie, Dan, Mike and the owner Chris, were extremely professional. Seldom does one experience great customer service. You'll find it with Bed Bug BBQ.
