I just waited in line for a while, 30 people deep. Cash out process is the choke point in the Naples store. I walked out and ordered the product from Amazon in the parking lot. Opinion of other patrons is that if that many people want to spend money, you better have people there to take it. One other observation was that at 50 years old, I was the youngest person in the line. The folks ahead of me didnt look like they do online shopping, therefore the writing is on the wall for retail. My fiancé and I did our wedding registry here. The entire staff was extremely friendly! Our consultant Lisa was outstanding, she was extremely helpful and very sweet. She took the time to help us with a smile on her face the entire time. She gave us a lot of great tips and ideas. Thank you Lisa! I would highly recommend coming here to do any type of registery and requesting her.
Crowded, lots of stuff. Staff is helpful. Thank God, China makes all the crap they sell here.
