With all of the bad customer service I've been reporting I'd be amiss to not give a shout out to these individuals, especially the manager, for all of their help as I did this registry thing for the first time. Pleasant, polite, and helpful. THAT'S how you deal with customers.
Took my father in law to your Independence MO store and found out they do not carry a single electronic cart for anyone with disabilities. I will make sure to take my business somewhere that values people of all types.
