No mystery today when I was shopping here why physical stores are suffering to online stores. The place was a mess and I know it is the holiday season but please. Also, when I get to the register 2 of my items had wrong signage. No apologies given, just oh I am sorry the stores a mess. Yes, I know. I will not return.
Worst customer service ever!!!! DO NOT order anything online from Bed Bath and Beyond. I have never experienced such a headache in my life.
