I never realized what a difference a better quality bath towels and sheets make. I was well informed and educated on finer linens. My kids are now truly spoiled !!

Keep Driving to Bed, Bath and Beyond... – The location is stellar but walk into the door or make a call to the store and you will be sorely dissappointed!! Nothing is more embarrasing then telling a friend to call them to find out if they can provide a material only to be rudely responded to by the lady on the phone. Great place to find down pillows and comforters! – Moved from out of town and was so happy to stumble upon this store. Needed new down pillows and comforters, and it's not easy to find high quality , real down products at any of the local department stores or big box stores. Even though I thought I knew a lot about what I wanted, the salesperson gave me a real education and my husband and I are now very attached to our pillows and comforter. The kids are jealous! beautiful and inspiring home store – When I first walked into the store I was overwhelmed with the smells and sights that this store has to offer. Great store with great items. I drove by the store one day and the items in the window caught my eye. When I finally ventured into the store I was welcomed by a warm greeting and lot of help. Bed and Bath Affair is one of the nicest home store in Lancaster, I recommend that you give it a visit when you are in need for a nice gift and need to redecorate your house.
BEWARE – Our experience at the Bed & Bath Affair was awful. We walked in and were looked upon as if we were trash. The owner was extremely rude and snotty. Although some of the designs in the showroom were good, I would rather buy elsewhere. Nobody should act like that to potential customers. And really...$300 for a pillow in Lancaster county? Really?
