I attended this clinic earlier this year seeking support for my children during a very significant life event. Nick, the therapist, was excellent, compassionate, professional, and someone my children felt very comfortable with. However, my experience with the clinic’s owner, Luke, was extremely disappointing. I requested that Nick see each of my children individually at separate times due to the sensitive nature of the situation and to protect their privacy. Nic has been great experience with my son but the communication from the admin team needs improvement Update: Becoming therapy has really turned around there communication with clients. They have started to offer credit card payments to make it easier for clients. My son has been seeing Nic for almost a year now and will continue for the foreseeable future. I would recommend this company to anyone in need for therapy for a teenager.
Had a great experience with Luke who was very helpful with a difficult situation.
Luke is incredibly caring and understanding. He is really easy to talk to and makes you feel heard and validated
