Great doctor and expecting staff. They were so nice when my 2 year old had a meltdown after his exam they went above and beyond. This office is great.
We have been using Dr Luu service since 2018. She is very good with kids and very patience as well. But I don’t have good impression on the reception. I don’t think they are friendly and being flexible with scheduling and insurance. They should also have requested for all info before the appointment. We have to waste time filling up lots of information and searching for insurance info online which can be done offline at home.
