I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Becky Gong and her team. She is incredibly experienced and always takes such thoughtful, attentive care of me during my visits. What I appreciate most is her conservative approach to dental care—she focuses entirely on what you actually need rather than recommending unnecessary, expensive procedures. You can truly trust that her treatment plans are in your best interest. If you’re looking for a skilled, honest, and caring dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Gong!
Dr. Becky Gong is the best. The 1 star is for the experience of the clinic reception and Chris. Ever since Chris joined, he has not been allowing us to take appointments with Dr Gong even though we have been patients for over 10 years. He is rude, arrogant, and vindictive. We have tried to be polite and patient only for the sake of getting appointments with Dr. Gong. It is only for him that we are thinking of changing our dentist.
I absolutely love Dr. Gong and her entire office! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is not a corporate, profit-driven dental office. From the front desk to the dentists, everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease the moment you walk in. The dentists are highly professional and extremely patient.
